About the Role
Humankind Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our telesales team in the short-term motor insurance sector. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will drive performance, develop talent, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of telesales supervisors and sales professionals.
- Ensure daily sales targets and quality standards are met through performance monitoring and adjustments.
- Provide leadership that aligns the team with company goals and vision.
- Conduct team meetings to encourage collaboration and problem-solving.
- Manage supervisor performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize call effectiveness and sales strategies.
- Motivate and inspire the team to consistently exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric qualification essential.
- Completed degree from a recognized tertiary institution (Honours in Commerce, Finance, CIMA, or BSc Honours in Mathematics/Statistics advantageous).
- Proven experience in fast-paced sales environments with a track record of meeting targets.
- Prior sales, operations, or customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English with clear articulation and a neutral accent.
