This is a high-performance call centre sales role for a driven and persuasive Service Plan Sales Agent who thrives in a target-driven environment. Your primary responsibility will be selling vehicle service plans while building trust with customers and consistently closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Sell service plan policies through outbound telesales
- Educate customers on product benefits and match solutions to their needs
- Handle objections professionally and overcome them effectively
- Maximise opportunities by cross-selling where possible
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and lead providers
- Manage time efficiently and meet daily sales targets
- Continuously enhance performance through collaboration and coaching
What You Bring
- Matric, RE5, and FETC: Short-Term Insurance NQF4 (essential)
- 3+ years of outbound call centre sales experience
- 2+ years of selling service plans or term warranties (non-negotiable)
- Fluency in English and one additional official language
- Strong verbal communication and closing skills
- High attention to detail and resilience under pressure
