Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly trained Armed Response Officer to deliver rapid and effective armed response services. The role requires strong tactical capability, excellent firearm handling skills, and the ability to operate confidently in high-pressure situations to protect people and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and professionally to emergency calls requiring armed intervention

• Assess incidents, identify threats, and take appropriate action to ensure safety and security

• Coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities

• Conduct on-site risk assessments and preliminary incident investigations

• Maintain high proficiency in firearm handling and tactical response procedures

• Communicate clearly with team members, control rooms, and clients

• Ensure strict compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in law enforcement, armed response, or private security

• Valid firearm competency in handgun, shotgun, and rifle for business purposes

• Valid PSIRA registration

• Valid driver’s licence with PDP

• Strong physical fitness and ability to perform under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies at any time

• Clear criminal record

Advantageous Experience

• Background in specialised tactical units or high-risk response environments

• Advanced training in crisis management and conflict resolution

• First Aid and CPR certification
