Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a Branch Manager for the Cleveland CIT branch, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to security standards, and professional management of client requirements at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate with PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards
- Strong people management experience
- Excellent administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills
- Proven planning, leadership, and organisational abilities
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft programs
- Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s License
- Residing within reasonable proximity to the branch or willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all contractual and client-specific security requirements
- Maintain and strengthen relationships between Fidelity Security Service Group and clients
- Monitor service levels and recommend improvements to client security services
- Supervise and ensure optimal performance of security staff
- Manage branch administration and operational documentation
- Liaise with Executive Management on daily operational issues
- Submit weekly and monthly incident and operational reports to Senior Management
