Hybrid Sales Consultant – Fidelity Vacancies
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose
The Hybrid Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new business growth by sourcing and selling armed monitoring, armed response, and electronic security solutions. The role focuses on exceeding monthly sales targets while promoting community safety and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development

Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

Sell new alarm systems, upgrades, additions, CCTV solutions, and electric fencing
-
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for new customers and hardware sales
Client Engagement

Conduct field sales activities including residential visits, cold calling, and door knocking
-
Generate and close self-sourced sales opportunities

Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesales
-
Sell security solutions to both new and existing clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and community stakeholders
Reporting and Administration

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation
-
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, quotes, and proposals
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification
-
Proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in capital goods sales
-
Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS and DSC advantageous
-
PSIRA Grade C registration required
