Property Manager – Persona Staff
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client and tenant interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential matters
- Matric (Grade 12) required; additional qualifications in business, property, or administration are advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general communications
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records, including lease agreements, payment histories, and contact details
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance with contractors and vendors
- Assist with invoicing and ensure timely rent collection
- Prepare and manage lease documents, renewals, notices, and official correspondence
- Process tenant applications and oversee onboarding procedures
- Track lease expirations, renewals, and vacancy management
- Ensure compliance with property management laws and company policies
- Administer utility accounts, service agreements, and insurance policies
- Organize vehicle license renewals
- Manage scheduling and appointments for shareholders
- Perform other duties as required by management
