Overall Purpose of the Role
To generate business for one of our leading clients in the financial sector as a Short-Term Insurance Sales Consultant. Offer clients tailored policies and exceptional service while managing day-to-day sales operations. Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve business goals in the insurance industry.
Non-Negotiable Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Clear Criminal Record
Qualifications
- Must hold relevant qualification based on DOFA
- Completed Regulatory Exams
- Class of Business (COB) and/or CPD Hours certification
Experience
- Proven experience in Short-Term Insurance
- Minimum 2 years in a sales contact center environment
- Valid DOFA date
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new sales from provided leads and referrals
- Promote Short-Term Insurance policies and solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets per campaign requirements
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis
- Follow up on scheduled callbacks promptly and professionally
- Comply with legislative and quality assurance standards
- Optimize lead usage for maximum performance
