We are seeking a motivated Fishshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring profitability and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily store operations to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor stock levels, order inventory, and ensure proper storage and display of products.
• Implement and maintain operational standards, including hygiene, safety, and quality control.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and daily cash reconciliations.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve store performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in food or seafood retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Basic financial and stock management knowledge.
• Passion for seafood and commitment to quality service.
