Job Description:
The Senior Executive will be responsible for delivering Pre-Process (Language & Soft Skills) and Refresher Training programs to EXL employees. This role involves curriculum enhancement, Training Needs Identification (TNI), module updates, and evaluating training effectiveness. Key interactions include coaching trainees and providing periodic reports to Operations/Training Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training using engaging facilitation techniques in classroom/virtual settings.
- Conduct training sessions for associates, management, and clients.
- Assess training programs for quality and recommend improvements.
- Meet defined SLAs and internal standards for training targets.
- Ensure compliance with predefined training quality parameters.
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance schedules.
- Manage batch attrition/absenteeism effectively.
- Maintain accurate batch MIS and records.
- Administer voice and written assessments at the HCC.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in delivering English Language and Soft Skills Training (BPO/Hospitality/Service/Insurance preferred). Prior training experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong grasp of grammar, phonetics, accent training, and business writing. Excellent listening and written communication skills.
