Join our dynamic retail frontline sales team at Hearing Aid Labs! As a leading medical practice with 24 branches nationwide, we’re expanding and looking for vibrant, confident, and sales-driven individuals to help grow our retail success.
We’re Looking for You!
If you’re between 25-40 years old with 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, call centers, cold calling, insurance, or any target-driven role, we want you! You should be computer literate, fluent in English/Afrikaans, and passionate about helping people. A driver’s license or own transport is a bonus!
Your Exciting Role:
- Drive sales by managing promotion stands and achieving targets.
- Follow up on leads and book appointments.
- Assist with retail operations and lab tasks (training provided).
- Upsell accessories and add-ons to maximize customer value.
