SUMMARY:
Personal Lines Claims Administrator
PRR Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Claims Administrator to manage personal insurance claims from initiation to settlement. This role requires excellent coordination with customers, insurers, assessors, and service providers to ensure efficient and compliant claims processing while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management: Process and administer claims, collect and evaluate necessary documentation, and liaise with all relevant parties.
Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates, assistance, and professional support throughout the claims process.
Claims Processing: Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness in compliance with company policies while maintaining detailed records.
Required Documentation:
- Matric Certificate
- RE5 Qualification
- DOFA
- Class of Business Qualification (Personal & Commercial Lines)
- Any additional relevant qualifications
