Job Description
The Apprentices programme provides young unemployed individuals with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and hands-on skills to develop competency in refrigeration, electrical, and fitting trades. This role supports skills development through structured training, on-the-job experience, and mentorship within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in practical and theoretical training in refrigeration, electrical, and fitting disciplines
• Assist qualified artisans with daily maintenance and repair tasks
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Learn to use tools, equipment, and machinery correctly and safely
• Complete training tasks, assessments, and logbooks as required
• Maintain a positive learning attitude and commitment to skills development

Requirements

• Unemployed youth with an interest in technical and engineering trades
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and training requirements
• Strong work ethic and reliability
