Affinity Health is seeking a creative and analytical Clipper & Content Researcher to manage and transform raw video footage into structured, viral-ready content concepts. This role combines content research, video clipping, and strategic idea development to support marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Own the Content Database
- Organize large volumes of raw footage into a clear, structured system.
- Categorize content by hooks, emotions, topics, aesthetics, storytelling angles, and formats.
- Continuously expand and improve the content database with new material.
Clip & Identify Viral Potential
- Spot high-potential moments, hooks, statements, and visuals from raw footage.
- Create rough clips or timestamps highlighting viral moments.
- Analyze why certain clips are likely to perform well, beyond surface aesthetics.
Create Viral Content Concepts
- Develop actionable video ideas based on the content database.
- Combine hooks, storytelling, aesthetics, and platform mechanics into clear concepts.
- Provide concepts to managers and marketing teams for final production and distribution.
Collaborate with Marketing & Management
- Align content ideas with creator positioning and marketing strategy.
- Translate marketing goals into creative content angles.
- Suggest new formats, styles, and creative directions proactively.
Be a Market Leader
- Analyze viral trends, hooks, and formats on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Feed insights back into the content database to continuously improve content strategy.
- Think systemically, building scalable processes rather than focusing on individual clips.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years in Social Media Marketing or content research.
- 1–2 years in video editing or clipping, preferably for short-form content.
- Strong understanding of viral content mechanics and audience psychology.
- Experience managing and organizing large amounts of raw footage.
- Business fluent English.

- System thinker with ownership mentality, ensuring clarity and quality in output.
- Eye for viral details, emotional triggers, and storytelling aesthetics.
- Fast, proactive, and able to identify opportunities without constant direction.
- Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Experience in content strategy or performance-driven social media marketing.
- Familiarity with CTR, watch time, and retention metrics.
- Experience collaborating with creators or agencies.
