About the Role
Pepkor Vacancies is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Mobile Unit Team Leader to oversee mobile SIM operations and drive regional performance. This role focuses on managing field teams, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and activation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project plans in alignment with the SIM strategy to increase VABS performance in the region
• Oversee and manage the daily activities of Mobile SIM Agents
• Recruit and grow the number of active Mobile Agents within the region
• Ensure all Mobile Agents meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets
• Manage and control stock distribution to optimize efficiency and support sales activities
• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and maintained on Geo Rep
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and ensure a valid PDP license at all times
• Execute and manage all network campaigns effectively within the region
• Handle and support ad hoc projects as required

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification
• Valid driver’s license with PDP
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage extended hours when required
