Job Purpose
The Key Accounts Coordinator will support national and regional Key Account Managers by coordinating and managing key operational functions linked to service level agreements within the Clicks, Hospital, and Link channels. This role ensures alignment with UPD’s strategic goals and overall group objectives while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Key Account team, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Assist with inventory management by preparing and monitoring daily stock reports
- Handle customer and client queries efficiently, including collection, delivery, and non-delivery issues, using approved business tools and communication channels
- Coordinate and follow up on special customer delivery requests to ensure timely execution
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports and performance statistics as required
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, ensuring accurate processing and distribution to relevant departments
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend solutions to reduce costs
- Manage ad hoc customer requests, including invoices and proof of delivery (POD) documentation
- Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to compile and maintain KPI reports
