About the Program:
Job Description
As a Pharmacist at Clicks, you will deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and providing professional advice in line with Clicks’ standards, good pharmacy practice, and the legal scope defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
You will manage all operational activities of the dispensary efficiently, including stock control, shrinkage management, housekeeping, and administration, ensuring compliance with SAPC regulations and company standards. Driving dispensary performance through focus on core dispensary and clinic targets is essential.
You will mentor and develop Pharmacist Assistants and Interns, fostering a skilled and motivated team in line with SAPC requirements. Delivering outstanding customer service initiatives, promoting loyalty, and achieving club card participation targets are key responsibilities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres, will be critical for achieving business objectives. You will ensure seamless integration with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide customers with a complete healthcare offering.
