Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive expansion of the Flash footprint across the assigned region through all designated sales channels.
• Increase sales of Flash devices within the market, contributing to overall regional revenue growth.
• Boost turnover across devices and payment solutions in alignment with departmental strategies and targets.
• Grow the acquiring base by ensuring high adoption rates during Flash device placements.
• Conduct in-store training on all Flash products during each visit to ensure optimal usage and understanding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a minimum of 90% Red Flag call completion to reduce churn.
• Support and manage the kiosk environment according to established operational structures.
• Maintain effective relationships with all kiosk stakeholders within the region.
• Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or field operations.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
