P27 General Assistant

About the Role:
Tekkie Town is seeking a dedicated P27 General Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role focuses on merchandise presentation, assisting management, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Protect store assets, including stock, cash, staff, and customers
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively
• Maintain store and department layouts according to standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys with accurate administration
• Ensure merchandise replenishment and housekeeping are up to standard

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Previous sales experience
• Customer service oriented
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan daily tasks efficiently
• Computer literate
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• High integrity and proactive approach
