Commercial Insurance Consultant – Cape Town
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Commercial Insurance Consultants to join CallForce, a well-established insurance sales company. This role is ideal for professionals with long-term insurance experience, focusing on delivering end-to-end service and support to brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic support to intermediaries, authorised brokerage representatives, and Broker Services.
- Handle general Agri Asset insurance inquiries, policy amendments, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting and regional criteria.
- Manage expectations on turnaround times for submitted requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with:
- Minimum 50% in Maths
- Average score of 50% in all other subjects
- Relevant NQF 5 insurance qualification (advantageous)
- 2+ years of experience in short-term commercial insurance and/or Agri Asset (preferred)
- Background in commercial or Agri Asset policy administration and underwriting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration
