Job Description
The Branch Armed Response Manager is responsible for leading and managing the armed response team to ensure rapid response times, exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and full compliance. This role contributes to business growth, customer retention, and cost control while maintaining high safety and security standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Post-matric qualification in General Management advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at mid-management level
• Grade B PSIRA Certificate (including Reaction)
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years)
• Firearm competency (handgun for business purposes)
• Grade B Security Certificate (existing or to be obtained on appointment)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor response times and service levels using real-time planning tools.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Resolve client complaints efficiently and perform welcome calls for new clients.
• Lead, train, and develop reaction officers with a focus on proactive and professional operations.
• Manage payroll, firearm compliance, and PSIRA requirements.
• Oversee vehicle usage, maintenance, and incident reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with SAPS and participate in joint crime operations.
• Report key incidents to branch management and marketing for client communication.
