Job Description

Truworths is seeking a QC Auditor to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated to maintain the highest quality standards across our supplier and processing networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of goods at suppliers and processing houses

• Liaise with suppliers and Garment Technologists to resolve quality issues

• Prepare and submit AQL reports to Truworths’ high standards

• Monitor quality issues at suppliers and provide mentoring for continuous improvement

• Capture and maintain accurate audit data

• Manage workload, schedules, and appointments efficiently

• Conduct store visits and provide actionable feedback

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in quality auditing within a clothing manufacturing or factory environment

• Clothing manufacturing experience preferred

• Code 8 driver’s license

• Ability to report quality issues effectively, including photographic documentation

• Skilled at handling conflict situations professionally

• Knowledge of AQL standards
