Job Overview:
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee site operations efficiently and professionally. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Site Manager will ensure that all teams operate effectively and consistently meet company objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent
• Previous supervisor or junior management experience
• PSIRA registered (Grade A)
• Firearm competency for business purposes
• At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mall security
• Working knowledge of the Firearm Act and firearm competency requirements

Job Requirements & Attributes:

• Computer literate with MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills advantageous
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB)
• Sound knowledge of FSS disciplinary procedures
• Clean disciplinary record

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client liaison and relationships
• Monitor and manage staff turnover
• Oversee administrative tasks and documentation
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Manage and supervise security staff to achieve performance targets
• Maintain expert knowledge of all site operations and functions
