About the Program:

The Store Manager Pep Cell at Pep is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining world-class store standards. You will oversee stock management, cost control, and administrative operations while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales through excellent customer service, effective stock management, and successful promotional implementation.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a strong store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team of Dynamos, ensuring performance and training objectives are met.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across the store.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) in business or retail-related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
