Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a Box Room Operator for the Ermelo Branch, reporting to the Branch Manager. The Box Room Operator will be responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing consignments efficiently and securely.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation, minimum Grade C (advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in the security industry or similar role
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
• Physically fit

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage vault room duties
• Plan and coordinate vault room schedules for CIT operations
• Receive and distribute consignments to and from CIT teams
• Scan and sort consignments accurately
• Balance vault contents and secure locking procedures
• Handle documentation and administrative duties
• Conduct searching duties as required
