Pep Vacancies – Store Manager – PEP Clothing
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Store Manager – PEP Clothing is responsible for leading the store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, managing costs, controlling stock loss, ensuring strong administrative compliance, and maintaining world-class store standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining outstanding store standards, and ensuring effective stock management and promotional execution.

Reduce stock loss by promoting a healthy store culture and following all security, stock, and cash-handling procedures.

Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by improving efficiencies.

Oversee all store administrative tasks according to company guidelines.

Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of Dynamos to achieve performance excellence.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Grade 12 (Matric).
-
Proficient in English.
-
A relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail is an added advantage.

1–2 years’ retail experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Computer literacy (Microsoft or Google GSuite will be an advantage).
