Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking driven and results-oriented Telesales Cold Calling Agents to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales and appointment targets. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships across various communication channels.

Overall Purpose of the Role
To provide high-quality service to internal and external customers by conducting outbound cold calls and managing inbound enquiries, with the goal of securing sales, appointments, and service engagements such as reconnections, upgrades, new installations, link-ups, and relocations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric certificate
  • Post-matric qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • At least 1 year cold calling experience in a sales call centre
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a client-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls daily using call lists or dialler systems to secure sales or appointments
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries efficiently
  • Transfer calls to relevant departments when necessary
  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints or escalate when required
  • Verify and update customer information accurately
  • Meet and exceed daily targets, including call volumes, sales, and appointment bookings
  • Maintain required quality assurance standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support contact centre operations
