Job Description
Role Overview
Our expanding product offering has led to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model. The successful candidate will drive growth in our business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. This role involves prospecting and canvassing for new business sales in personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications
General Requirements:
- Matric or National Senior Certificate
- Reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Minimum 3 years of external face-to-face sales experience
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management
For FAIS Representatives (Non-Negotiable):
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (based on DOFA)
- RE5 certification (based on DOFA)
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will align with our values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.
