Role Overview – Area Growth Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Area Growth Manager to lead regional expansion initiatives, grow market presence, and drive device sales performance across assigned sales channels. This role is responsible for increasing turnover, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring consistent adoption of Flash products within the region.

You will play a key role in expanding the footprint, supporting operational structures, and ensuring alignment with company strategy and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth and Sales Expansion

  • Drive growth of the Flash footprint across all assigned sales channels
  • Increase device sales and overall regional turnover in line with strategic targets
  • Expand the acquiring base and promote high adoption rates of Flash devices

Training and Product Support

  • Conduct training sessions for Flash products during store visits
  • Ensure teams understand product features, benefits, and value propositions

Performance and Compliance Management

  • Maintain a high completion rate of required field activities, including Red Flag calls, to reduce churn
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with operational standards

Stakeholder and Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with kiosk stakeholders within the region
  • Support kiosk environments according to agreed structures and operational guidelines

Data Management and Reporting

  • Map and geo-locate trader databases to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Provide regular feedback, performance reports, and market insights
  • Maintain proper diary management, planning, and area coverage

Operational Excellence

  • Manage stock on hand effectively
  • Ensure branding and merchandising standards are maintained
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term loyalty

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)
  • Fully computer literate, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
