About the Role
Pepkor Vacancies is seeking a results-driven Area Growth Manager to expand market presence and drive sales performance across assigned regions. This role focuses on increasing the Flash footprint, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving consistent growth across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the Flash footprint within the assigned area by leveraging all available sales channels
  • Drive growth in Flash device sales to increase regional turnover and market penetration
  • Achieve and exceed targets for device sales and payment channel performance in line with strategic objectives
  • Grow the acquiring base by ensuring high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices
  • Deliver ongoing training on all Flash products during store visits to ensure product knowledge and usage
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure at least 90% completion of Red Flag calls to reduce churn
  • Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with established operational structures
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all kiosk stakeholders within the region
  • Accurately map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Provide consistent feedback and reporting on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
