Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a Driver for the Ermelo Branch, reporting to the Branch Manager. The Driver will be responsible for transporting Crewmen and Custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money while ensuring proper documentation and proof of delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation, minimum Grade C
• Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate
• Firearm competency, minimum handgun qualification
• Valid driver’s license (Code C1 minimum) and valid PDP
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security industry or similar role
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physically fit

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver clients’ money with full accountability
• Report delays immediately to the Operations Manager
• Prevent and report incidents as required
• Maintain radio contact with controllers
• Take preventive measures against suspicious activity
• Conduct vehicle audits and complete checklists
• Drive responsibly and document any accidents or incidents
