Job Summary
This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated Financial Manager to join a business known for its strong organizational culture, high employee retention, and proven success.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Stewardship – Manage the general ledger, prepare management accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Group Consolidations & Currency Expertise – Lead consolidation processes and handle complex foreign currency transactions.
- Asset & Payables Oversight – Oversee fixed asset accounting and manage accounts payable functions.
- Treasury & Risk Management – Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize insurance portfolios.
- Strategic Financial Planning – Develop budgets, forecasts, and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Leadership & Influence – Provide strategic guidance, lead a team, and drive continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
- ACMA qualification is essential.
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
