Role Purpose
Monitor and evaluate the quality of new business sales and service across SSD channels to ensure compliance with standards, processes, and procedures. Document quality issues, performance measures, and provide feedback to stakeholders to support corrective actions and training.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant Diploma
  • Process, system, and legislative training
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience (essential)
  • Insurance industry experience (desirable)
  • Client services or quality assurance background (desirable)

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Process

  • Ensure operational processes and procedures are effective and adhered to.
  • Verify accuracy of data captured on business systems against quality standards.
  • Identify process gaps, trends, and training needs, providing feedback to management.

Client

  • Offer expert advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and meet SLAs with clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional service and feedback.

People

  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to drive change and innovation.
  • Continuously develop expertise in industry knowledge and legislation.
  • Manage time effectively and maintain high productivity.

Finance

  • Propose cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
