Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong sales team management experience to join our Midrand Life office. As the District Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of a team of sales representatives and ensuring that key business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard high-quality sales representatives efficiently.
- Ensure all appointed representatives receive comprehensive training.
- Manage and optimize the performance of a team of insurance representatives.
- Achieve set insurance sales targets consistently.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with FAIS, FICA, LTIA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Implement effective risk management strategies.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand business reach.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification.
- A relevant industry qualification meeting FSCA requirements.
- Compliance with FAIS legislation for Fit and Proper registration.
Specific FAIS Qualification Requirements:
- 2004–2007 entrants: 30 NQF 4 credits obtained by 31 December 2009.
- 2008–2009 entrants: 30 or 60 NQF 4 credits by 31 December 2011, or a full FAIS qualification by 31 December 2013.
- 2010 onwards entrants: Full FAIS-recognized qualification.
- Clear ITC and criminal record.
- RE5 certificate (RE1 advantageous).
- Valid driver’s license, own reliable transport, and mobile phone.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of proven success in Life Assurance marketing.
