About the Program:

Job Purpose:
To deliver service excellence by providing professional, knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products. The Make Up Artist promotes and manages merchandise effectively while maintaining high standards of housekeeping to build customer loyalty and maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers, answer product-related questions, and recommend the best products and services to meet their needs.
• Drive sales in the beauty department through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor sales, evaluate product performance, and provide suggestions to enhance offerings and increase sales.
• Stay up-to-date with beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
• Execute operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage minimisation, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
• Ensure visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotional standards are consistently met.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, maintaining visibility, and providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Increase profitability and brand loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.
• Support the brand’s position as the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving company values.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 (Essential)
• Relevant beauty or skincare qualification (Desirable)
• Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing (Desirable)

• Understanding and application of selling principles
