Key Responsibilities
Systems, Processes and General Administration

Prepare samples timeously for meetings and reviews

Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system

Ensure a consistent administrative approach within the department

Manage sample control and recommend process improvements

Ensure samples are delivered on time to Suppliers, Buyers and Quality Assurance
-
Maintain fit rails and coordinate the movement of samples between departments

Keep an organised and well-managed archive area
Qualifications and Experience

Matric
-
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
