About the Program

Responsibilities

  • Supervise van sales representatives to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and foster a customer-focused sales culture across the team.
  • Conduct daily gate meetings to review market performance, execution, and discipline KPIs.
  • Coach sales staff to enhance their capabilities and drive performance.
  • Provide in-market support and coaching to van sales representatives.
  • Ensure 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes.
  • Conduct individual customer visits to address issues and strengthen relationships.
  • Drive business development and expand the customer base.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement internal and external strategies to grow market share.
  • Align teams with strategic directions and manage change effectively.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on critical business skills.
  • Perform performance reviews and manage staff development.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or equivalent (3-year program).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, including at least 1 year in a sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license.
