About the Program
Responsibilities
- Supervise van sales representatives to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with organizational objectives.
- Lead and foster a customer-focused sales culture across the team.
- Conduct daily gate meetings to review market performance, execution, and discipline KPIs.
- Coach sales staff to enhance their capabilities and drive performance.
- Provide in-market support and coaching to van sales representatives.
- Ensure 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes.
- Conduct individual customer visits to address issues and strengthen relationships.
- Drive business development and expand the customer base.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and implement internal and external strategies to grow market share.
- Align teams with strategic directions and manage change effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions on critical business skills.
- Perform performance reviews and manage staff development.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or equivalent (3-year program).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, including at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Valid driver’s license.
