About the Program

Introduction
Clicks Group Careers is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant / Cashier X1 to deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operations, and in-store merchandising, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
Job Objectives:

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale accurately and efficiently.
• Scan merchandise and collect payments with precision, including processing Clicks clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers of promotions to boost sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being visible, friendly, and professional as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards according to store and visual merchandise guidelines.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.
• Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
