About the Program:

The Store Manager at Pep is responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining world-class store standards. You will manage stock, control costs, oversee administrative duties, and lead a motivated team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales by delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and implementing promotions effectively.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a strong store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of Dynamos to achieve performance and training objectives.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the store.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) in business or retail-related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
