Role Purpose
Lead and motivate a call centre team to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/NQF4 qualification (minimum).
  • Degree in Commerce or Business Management (preferred).
  • FSB-recognized qualification for Key Individual compliance (Board Notice 268 of 2014).
  • FAIS Key Individual Regulatory Exam Level 1 passed.
  • FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed.
  • Proficiency in African languages.
  • 5 years of call centre management experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute action plans to drive sales and team performance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement performance-enhancing initiatives.
  • Analyze team productivity, identify trends, and address performance gaps.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance in call centre operations.
  • Optimize client service delivery through efficient query resolution.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and manage service level agreements.
  • Promote a positive work culture that maximizes employee engagement.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development in line with company values.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial controls, and risk management.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes.
