Role Purpose
Lead and motivate a call centre team to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF4 qualification (minimum).
- Degree in Commerce or Business Management (preferred).
- FSB-recognized qualification for Key Individual compliance (Board Notice 268 of 2014).
- FAIS Key Individual Regulatory Exam Level 1 passed.
- FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed.
- Proficiency in African languages.
- 5 years of call centre management experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute action plans to drive sales and team performance.
- Set and monitor sales targets, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to implement performance-enhancing initiatives.
- Analyze team productivity, identify trends, and address performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance in call centre operations.
- Optimize client service delivery through efficient query resolution.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and manage service level agreements.
- Promote a positive work culture that maximizes employee engagement.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development in line with company values.
- Oversee budgeting, financial controls, and risk management.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes.
