About the Role
Pepkor Vacancies is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the dynamic CODE Marketing team. This role is pivotal in implementing, tracking, and optimising marketing campaigns across digital channels while managing and enhancing the brand’s online presence, including the website.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing coordination or a similar role
  • Proven expertise in Search, Display, Meta, Instagram, Email Marketing, and digital analytics
  • Experience managing website content, including product uploads and timeline coordination (Shopify experience advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and campaign performance evaluation
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and interpreting key digital metrics
  • Knowledge of Brandwatch and social media scheduling tools
  • Experience coordinating direct marketing campaigns (SMS, Email, UTM tracking)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Develop, plan, and execute organic social media content strategies
  • Manage community engagement across all social platforms, ensuring timely responses in line with SLAs
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Central Digital teams to align campaign strategy and execution
  • Coordinate integrated campaign content across social, digital, and e-commerce channels

E-commerce & Website Oversight

  • Manage and optimise e-commerce content, including product listings, imagery, and descriptions
  • Maintain accuracy of front-end loyalty programme website and online content

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate marketing campaign trackers to support reporting and decision-making

Direct Marketing Support

  • Assist with direct marketing campaigns by briefing, coordinating content, and aligning stakeholders
  • Support seamless execution of SMS, email, and other direct marketing initiatives
