Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Computer literacy

- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Ability to handle stress effectively
- High level of integrity and initiative
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Protect all assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively
- Ensure correct store and department layout implementation
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain proper administration for stock room, mark-downs, and lay-bys
- Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and store housekeeping
