About the Program
Pick n Pay is looking for a Trainee Bakery Manager to join our team and develop into a leadership role within our bakery operations. This role provides hands-on experience in managing bakery production, ensuring quality, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while building strong supervisory skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Qualified baker
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop bakery staff, supporting a motivated and efficient team
• Handle administration tasks related to bakery operations
• Utilise SAP system for stock management and other relevant operational tasks
