Instrument Technician – Tiger Brands Vacancies
Key Responsibilities

Provide specialist operational support to shift teams and assist as a technical expert in problem-solving

Maintain plant availability above 95% to ensure uninterrupted operations
-
Ensure full compliance with all safety, quality, and engineering standards
-
Install, maintain, and repair instruments and control systems to ensure optimal functionality
-
Calibrate and test equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability
-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on instruments and systems
-
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise performance
-
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations
Qualifications and Experience
-
Technical Diploma or Trade Tested Artisan qualification
-
Minimum S4/N6 qualification with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
-
Strong understanding of maintenance systems and engineering standards
