About the Role
Sab Vacancies is seeking a motivated and results-driven BDR 1 to drive sales performance, manage distributor relationships, and ensure strong product availability within the assigned sector. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, monitoring competition, and ensuring excellent execution standards across retail outlets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
- Manage and supervise distributors, including order processing, payments, and redistribution activities.
- Ensure full product range availability in customers’ outlets and retail stores.
- Ensure company chillers are correctly placed in high-performing outlets and used exclusively for assigned products.
- Monitor recommended retail pricing to maintain brand integrity and market compliance.
- Closely observe competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- A 3-year degree qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
