Role Purpose
Manage and motivate the Call Centre team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/NQF4 qualification minimum.
  • Degree in Commerce or Business Management (preferred).
  • FSB-recognised qualification (Board Notice 268 of 2014) for Key Individual compliance.
  • FAIS Key Individual Regulatory Exam Level 1 passed.
  • FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed.
  • Fluency in African languages.
  • 5 years’ experience in Call Centre Management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans to drive sales, motivate teams, and improve performance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate on strategies to enhance productivity, compliance, and call quality.
  • Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimise operational efficiencies and client service delivery.
  • Resolve client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and process improvement.
  • Maintain service level agreements and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive work culture, leadership, and talent development.
  • Manage budgets, financial compliance, and risk mitigation.
