About the Program:
We are seeking a dedicated EDC Administrator to perform comprehensive administrative functions across the Collections and Recoveries portfolios and provide support to our external Debt Collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Activities
- Manage query resolution and escalations in line with SLA
- Provide administration support to EDC
- Ensure compliance with the Collections strategy
- Conduct performance reporting
- Complete reconciliations and audits within EDC
- Perform book analysis and optimisation
- Respond to dispute-related queries from External Debt Collectors and Service Providers
- Liaise with other departments as required
- Reconcile and manage monthly settlements
- Draft responses to enquiries following query resolution
- Prepare monthly presentations for management
Administration
- Capture all leave transactions on ESS
- Submit overtime to the Manager on time
- Manage CAS administration
Adherence
- Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures including Absence Management, House Rules, and Disciplinary Policy
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Contribute to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Action instructions from the Manager as required
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance and streamline Recoveries operations
Job Requirements:
Qualification
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months in a similar role, preferably within financial services, collections, or retail
- Experience in Collections & EDC management with query management exposure
