Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Execute project plans in line with the SIM strategy to drive increased VABS within the region.

• Lead and manage the daily operations and performance of Mobile SIM Agents.

• Recruit, develop, and grow the number of active Mobile Agents in the area.

• Ensure Mobile Agents consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Oversee stock distribution to Mobile Agents to maximize efficiency and availability.

• Confirm that all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and managed on Geo Rep.

• Ensure company vehicles are well maintained and that PDP licenses remain valid at all times.

• Coordinate, manage, and execute all network campaigns effectively.

• Handle and deliver on ad hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric

• Valid driver’s license with PDP

• Willingness and ability to travel

• Strong communication and verbal skills

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Ability to work independently and manage extended working hours when required
