About the Role:
Tekkie Town is looking for a Supervisor to support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing stock, controlling expenses, and ensuring smooth daily store operations. The Supervisor plays a key role in maximizing profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales budgets and maximizing profits
• Assist with merchandise management and stock replenishment
• Ensure adherence to stock loss prevention policies
• Provide financial support and assist with store budget execution
• Oversee administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain accurate stock records and stockroom layout
• Support HR processes, including team management and scheduling
• Uphold quality standards, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
• Provide information support to the team and management

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3–5 years retail experience as a Shop Assistant
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills
• Additional qualifications in retail or business are advantageous

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Accurate and efficient till operation skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail on the sales floor
• Initiative to complete tasks independently
• Punctual and reliable
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and stock management principles
• Leadership and delegation skills
• High personal integrity and stress tolerance
• Ability to work trading hours of the shopping centre
