Job Description

The Mobile Unit Team Leader is responsible for driving regional performance by executing project plans aligned with the SIM strategy to increase VABS. This role focuses on managing Mobile SIM Agents, optimizing operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of network campaigns while maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project plans in line with the SIM strategy to drive growth and performance
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Mobile SIM Agents
• Recruit, develop, and grow the number of active Mobile Agents within the region
• Ensure all agents consistently meet daily and monthly sales and activation targets
• Manage and distribute stock effectively to maximize operational efficiency
• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and managed on Geo Rep systems
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of company vehicles, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and execute network campaigns successfully
• Manage and deliver on ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)

Skills and Competencies

• Valid driver’s license with PDP
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
