Job Overview

The Mobile Unit Team Leader is responsible for driving regional SIM strategy execution by leading and managing Mobile SIM Agents. This role focuses on increasing activations, achieving volume and revenue targets, and ensuring operational efficiency across all mobile unit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and implement project plans aligned with the SIM strategy to increase VABS within the region

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of Mobile SIM Agents

• Grow and develop the number of active Mobile Agents in the area

• Ensure Mobile Agents consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets

• Manage stock allocation and distribution to Mobile Agents to maximize efficiency and availability

• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and managed on Geo Rep

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition and ensure a valid PDP license at all times

• Plan, manage, and execute all network campaigns effectively

• Lead and deliver ad hoc projects as required

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification

• Valid driver’s license with PDP

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

• Strong communication and verbal skills

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Ability to work independently and commit to extended hours when required
